Of the 21 movies the will be presented in the contest,18 will be premieres and people will be able to see Martin Scorsese`s movie about the Rolling Stones witch will not be in the competition.

The movie festival in Berlin will take place betwen the 7th and 17th of February.There will be presented 26 movies of witch 21 will be competing for the "Golden Bear" and 5 of them rolling outside the competition.

The documentary about the Rolling Stones directed by Martin Scorsese will open the festival, and "Be Kind Rewind",an american movie directed by Français Michel Gondry,was chosen to close it.

Martin Scorsese,awarded last year with an Oscar for the "The Departed",is trying to show us the life of the 4 Rolling Stones,on stage and outside of the stage.

The movie has archive footage,the recordings of two concerts,including images of their last world tour "A Bigger Bang" and interviews taken along the years to the members of the band.The shooting for the documentary were done in two days in the fall of 2006 at Beacon Theater in New York.

Madonna is also expected at Berlin with a movie because she is debuting as a director .

Britney Spears was taken by an ambulance and transported to a hospital where she was put under medical supervision,the journalists say that she`ll be psychically evaluated soon.

According to TMZ,Britney Spears was found home under the influence of some yet unidentified substances.

The police was called at the singers mansion not long ago to help Britney and Kevin Federline calm down.

According to the LA police department,they were called to the mansion in Studio City "to solve the dispute peacefully and on legal ways",conform with the decision taken by the judge regarding the custody of the two children of Britney and Federline.

The incident was generated because the singer refused to give her children,Sean Preston and Jayden James,to Federline`s bodyguard as previously settled.

As i`ve said in a previous article Britney can`t stay of the bad part of the news for long.She has to do something out of line all the time.

Britney Spears spent the night in a hotel with a photographer on Saturday

The 'Gimme More' singer experienced another meltdown which culminated in her inviting a paparazzo known only as Adnan, who works for the Finalpixx photo agency, to share a room with her at Beverly Hills' Peninsula Hotel.
A source is quoted as saying: "Adnan and Britney met in Malibu about 10.30pm. She got into his car and chatted to him for a while. Then she went home and got changed into her pink wig and a leopard print mini-dress.

"She met up with Adnan at the Peninsula and they checked into a room together. He came out at 4am to buy cigarettes. When someone asked what was happening between him and Britney, he said, 'It's hard to make babies when you're just having lunch.'"

According to reports, Britney left the hotel room at 9am with Adnan following at 10.25am Sunday morning (23.12.07).

Adnan is believed to have followed Britney to her Mulholland Drive home, and was still there Sunday afternoon when the 26-year-old singer's sons - Sean Preston, two, and 15-month-old Jayden James - were due to arrive for a supervised visit.

Britney's night with the snapper followed a bizarre series of events as the pop star - who this year has shaved her head, attacked a paparazzo's car with an umbrella and checked into rehab - appeared to go off the rails yet again.

The meltdown began on Friday night (21.12.07). Following a late night shopping trip to Target where witnesses claim Britney appeared to be randomly throwing items into her trolley, she visited West Hollywood Japanese restaurant Miyagi's at 1.15am, where she demanded take-out food, despite being told the kitchen was closed.

After spending Saturday (22.12.07) at home, Britney left her Malibu gated community at 7pm and drove to a nearby gas station.

She was overheard on her cell phone in the restroom having a heated argument with her assistant Sam Lufti.

Witness claim the singer then phoned a recording studio to book a session for that night. When she was told they were fully booked, she allegedly shouted: 'I need a f**ing studio now. Don't tell me you don't know who I am.

F**k you. I need it now, not tomorrow!'

Britney then drove to a convenience store where she invited a photographer named Phillipe to join her in her MINI Cooper car. After talking to Phillipe for some time she asked him to call Adnan -who was at his aunt's home in Santa Barbara - and tell him to come and meet her in Malibu.

Britney previously met Adnan in September, when she admitted he was "cute".

The photographer came to the star's rescue when she asked a crowd of paparazzi following her to get her a tampon, while using the bathroom at a Los Angeles Quiznos sandwich store.

This girl is never going to get settled to her home and be nice.I think she wants to be like this and nothing is going to change her.I`m pretty sure that she`ll be seen drunk somewhere because of whatever reason and scandals will start again.I wonder how long her mother will protect her saying it isn`t Britney`s fault because she is as she is.

Led Zeppelin again on stage!!
According to AFP,20.000.000 fans fought for a ticket to the coming back concert of Led Zeppelin.Because of the giant ticket request there was a tombola created to share the tickets and some of them were on an auction for charity purposes.

The concert was initially scheduled on the 26th of November but was postponed after Robert Plant fractured his little finger from his left hand while working in his garden.

The show took place on the 10th of December and it was the first in the last 19 years which reunited the 3 members of the group left alive.

Robert Plant,the guitarist Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones were backed up by Jason Bonham,the son of John Bonham.

Freddie Mercury was defeated by HIV, one day after he officially announced he has this sickness.

According to the book "Mercuri and Me"(out in 1994), the star was diagnosed with HIV in the spring of 1987. In the same year, Mercury declared that his test was negative.Even if he said he wasn`t sick,the British press kept alive the roomers on the years to come,because of Mercury`s psychical status,and also because of the lack of tours held by Queen.

Mercury was followed by photographers and journalists that kept saying that he was sick until the end of his life.Even him showing up in his last video "These Are the Days of Our Lives",kept their suspicions alive.

Mercury kept recoding songs in the studio.He stopped one month before he died in November 1991.

In his last year of life,Queen was on the tip of the iceberg,the album "Innuendo" getting in the British tops on the first place and selling 250000 copies in the first week after it was released.

Freddie Mercury was incinerated and the place of his ashes is not known.

In the spring of 1992, the members left alive from Queen founded "The Mercury Phoenix Trust" and organized "The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert " for preventing HIV.

In Montreux,Switzerland was made a statue as a tribute to Mercury in 2003,a place where the fans in the whole world gather every year to show their appreciation for his job.There was also made a imperial stamp in his honor.The stamp is part of the Millennium Stamp series.

P. Diddy is "on the mend" after having surgery to fix his broken foot. The rapper - who injured himself last week - underwent surgery to fix the problem, but it is not known how the accident happened.He did have routine foot surgery.

The injury is not expected to affect the rap star's work schedule and there is unlikely to be any long-term damage.

Despite the common assumption that nothing can be done for a broken foot, surgery can help set the bones in place and can prevent future problems which may lead to arthritis and osteoarthritis.
