The pair – who have been together for over 10 years and have two children, eight-year-old Lily-Rose and six-year-old Jack – have always insisted they don’t feel the need to legalise their relationship, but French singer Vanessa is now keen to tie the knot.

A source close to the couple is quoted on website MSNBC as saying: 'Vanessa recently told Johnny that she would love to have a wedding. Johnny loves Vanessa very much, and he said if that’s what would make her happy, then he would marry her.'

'Pirates of the Caribbean’ star Johnny – who recently said the couple were 'for all intents and purposes married' – is planning to have the ceremony in Georgia to make it convenient for his family who live in Florida. The source added: 'Lily-Rose and Jack are really excited about it.

Actually - the whole family is excited. They’re going to send out invitations in a few weeks.' Johnny has previously admitted he would be reluctant to tie the knot because he loves Vanessa’s surname.

He said: 'It would be a shame to ruin her last name! It's so perfect - Vanessa Paradis. So beautiful. It would be such a drag to stick her with Paradis-Depp. It's like a flat note! The 'Do It Well' singer - who gave birth to twins Max and Emme with husband Marc Anthony on February 22 - gained almost 50lbs during her pregnancy and has been working out as much as possible to get her figure back.

A source told Britain's Star magazine: "To motivate her, she's splurged out on a $50,000 home gym for her New York mansion. She's also consulted trainers, nutritionists and doctors, looking for the safest way to drop the weight in record time."

Jennifer, 38, is also planning to start using food delivery programme Fresh Mommy, an all-natural food company which provides expectant or new mothers with healthy meals.

People magazine editor Peter Castro - who interviewed the star and published world exclusive photos of the twins - recently claimed Jennifer was in no rush to lose her baby weight and was more concerned with enjoying motherhood.

Of the 21 movies the will be presented in the contest,18 will be premieres and people will be able to see Martin Scorsese`s movie about the Rolling Stones witch will not be in the competition.

The movie festival in Berlin will take place betwen the 7th and 17th of February.There will be presented 26 movies of witch 21 will be competing for the "Golden Bear" and 5 of them rolling outside the competition.

The documentary about the Rolling Stones directed by Martin Scorsese will open the festival, and "Be Kind Rewind",an american movie directed by Français Michel Gondry,was chosen to close it.

Martin Scorsese,awarded last year with an Oscar for the "The Departed",is trying to show us the life of the 4 Rolling Stones,on stage and outside of the stage.

The movie has archive footage,the recordings of two concerts,including images of their last world tour "A Bigger Bang" and interviews taken along the years to the members of the band.The shooting for the documentary were done in two days in the fall of 2006 at Beacon Theater in New York.

Madonna is also expected at Berlin with a movie because she is debuting as a director .

In the annual gallup poll made up by Quigley Publishing Co. the name of the actor has been in the top of the list made by the cinema owners in the USA.

The gallup were asking the owners of cinema halls to generate a top 10 of the stars that brought them the biggest income.

Johnny Depp played last year in "Pirates of the Caribbean:At World's End " and "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street".The actor is followed in the top by Will Smith and George Clooney .

It is the first time in the last 2 years when there isn`t a woman in the top.

Paris Hilton has been caught on tape throwing a tantrum in a Toronto store. The picture was filmed on October 24. Paris was seen ripping downward a cardboard cut-out of herself that was promoting one of her movies 'One Night In Paris' and she threatened to sue the store. She kept destroying all the cardboards of herself and said she finds them disgusting. Paris was in Toronto shooting original film 'Repo! The Genetic Opera!' at the moment. The notorious homemade footage was place on the internet in 2003. Rick Salomon finally sold it to a party who released it as a DVD.
