Johnny Depp was the most profitable actor for the cinema owners in 2007.

In the annual gallup poll made up by Quigley Publishing Co. the name of the actor has been in the top of the list made by the cinema owners in the USA.

The gallup were asking the owners of cinema halls to generate a top 10 of the stars that brought them the biggest income.

Johnny Depp played last year in "Pirates of the Caribbean:At World's End " and "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street".The actor is followed in the top by Will Smith and George Clooney .

It is the first time in the last 2 years when there isn`t a woman in the top.

Quigley Publishing Company is responsible with the accomplishment of this top since 1932.The company supervises every year the movie industry and makes reviews and publishes them in a Almanac called "International Motion Picture Almanac".
